A bit more about me

I took some time out after university (having studied Nutrition and Food Science) and I worked in a health food store in Philadelphia, USA. From there,  with a 6 month work visa, I went off to Australia as a waitress. While I was there I met a number of people who had a real interest in health, nutrition and massage. This inspired me  to come back home and subsequently study. I studied part time for five years to become an osteopath…. in 1993 I qualified.
I now live in east Peckham with my husband , two dogs and 6 chickens.

How to find me

I am based in what used to be the Crown Pub in Seal, near Sevenoaks and is now called the Crown Enterprise Centre. Parking is available in the old pub car park
