Osteopathy in Sevenoaks

I am a Registered Osteopath based in Seal, near Sevenoaks in Kent, my aim is to help you with pain, tightness, stiffness or reduced mobility and to help you get the most out of your body.

I use a range of techniques including soft tissue massage and osteopathic and cranial massage and will often use specific exercises as part of the treatment. I am a great fan of Pilates and often work in close communication with local Pilates instructors to monitor an individuals progress.

It is important to me that my patients can “switch off” and relax during their session. Relaxation is an important part of the treatment so I always allocate an hour to each session. This will Initially include a full case history.  If I am unable to help, I feel that it is part of my job to point you in the right direction. This will be either by suggesting alternative therapies or by correspondence with your GP, I can also refer you to and use the London Imaging centre if further investigation is needed.
